Menedzsmentkontroll módszerek a kreatív szektorban

Abstract

A tanulmány célja egyrészt szakirodalmi összefoglalást adni a kreatív ágazatban működő cégek menedzsmentkontroll-megközelítéseire vonatkozóan, másrészt kérdőíves felmérés (N = 283) segítségével megvizsgálni a hazai kreatív szektorban alkalmazott stratégiai és operatív controlling módszereket, a döntéstámogatás szervezeti kereteit, jellemzőit. A cikk az alapfogalmak lehatárolását követően bemutatja a kutatás módszertanát és ismerteti a kutatás során tapasztalt összefüggéseket. A kérdőíves felmérést két kutatási kérdés vezérelte: (1) Melyek a kreatív ágazatban működő vállalatok vezetési és irányítási sajátosságai? (2) Melyek a termelési és szolgáltatási szektor azon bevált stratégiai és operatív controlling módszerei, amelyek alkalmazhatók a kreatív szektorban?
