A hazai informatikai kkv-k versenyképességének és sikertényezőinek vizsgálata

Abstract

A kutatás középpontjában olyan hazai kis- és középvállalkozások állnak, amelyek főtevékenységüket tekintve informatikai szolgáltatásokat nyújtanak más vállalkozások számára. A kutatás során arra tettünk kísérletet, hogy Szerb László és társai munkássága alapján definiáljuk a Informatikai kkv-k számára kulcsfontosságú versenyképességi tényezőket, miközben azok egymással való összefüggéseit is elemezzük. A vizsgált 3 fő kérdés a következő volt: • A KKVI pillérei közül melyek határozzák meg egy IT-cég versenyképességét? • Vannak e olyan pillérek, melyek szoros kapcsolatban állnak egymással? • A vállalkozások mit tartanak kritikusnak a versenyképességük szempontjából? A vizsgálat során kvalitatív, azon belül is objektivista típusú interjú készült négy egymástól eltérő szerkezetű és stratégiájú vállalkozás tulajdonosaival és fontosabb beosztottjaival. Eredményeit tekintve a mű nem hoz új megállapításokat, csupán ráerősít az alapjául szolgáló kutatások eredményére.
