A pálinkafogyasztás és a fogyasztói szokások változása

Abstract

A pálinka iránti érdeklődés az elmúlt közel két évtizedben számottevően növekedett, bővült a kínálat, egyre több magas minőségű termék jelent meg a piacon, ami a pálinka imázsának jelentős javulását vonta maga után. Jelen tanulmányunkban áttekintést kívánunk nyújtani a pálinkapiac alakulásáról, a fogyasztói és vásárlói preferenciákról és attitűdökről, a vásárlást befolyásoló fontosabb tényezőkről. A BGE Kereskedelem és Marketing Intézete 2010-ben, majd 2017-ben hasonló módon felmérte az előbb említetteket, így az eredmények összevetése képet ad a bekövetkezett változásokról is. A vizsgálatok megállapításai hozzájárulnak a pálinkakészítők, kereskedelmi főzdék fogyasztóorientált magatartásának az erősítéséhez és a pálinka versenyképességének a növekedéséhez.
