A „smart city” koncepció turisztikai vonatkozásai

Abstract

Kutatásom során az okos városokban működő technológiák sokrétű alkalmazását kívántam összegyűjteni és csoportosítani, különös tekintettel Budapestre és versenytársaira: Bécsre, Prágára és Pozsonyra. Célom az volt, hogy rávilágítsak, milyen felhasználási lehetőség rejlik a smart city koncepcióban a turizmusszektor vonatkozásában. Először internetes forrásanyagokra támaszkodva vizsgáltam meg több nagyváros (pl. London, Párizs, Barcelona), illetve régió turizmussal kapcsolatos okos megoldásait. Ezután mélyinterjúkat készítettem: hazai kezdeményezések kigondolóit kérdeztem ötletükről, valamint az okos adatfelhasználásban rejlő lehetőségekről és a „Big Data” jelenségről. Kérdőíves kutatással feltártam azt is, mennyire ismert az okos város fogalma az Y és a Z generáció körében, valamint mennyire igénylik és használják e generációk tagjai az okos technológiát utazásaik során.
