Bankválság a válság után? Hogyan és miért diverzifikálják a bankok hitelportfóliójukat?

Abstract

A 2008-as pénzügyi válság hatással volt a gazdaság minden szereplőjére, így kirobbanását követően a bankok állami szabályozása mellett a bankoknak fenntartható gazdálkodásra kellett törekedniük ebben a megváltozott piaci környezetben. A 2008-tól 2016-ig terjedő időszakon végeztem elemzéseket magyar nagybankok jelentéseit felhasználva. Az elemzésekhez azonosítottam azon környezeti tényezőket, amelyek hatással lehettek a bankok kintlévőségeinek megoszlására, azok változásaira. A felállított hipotézisemről való döntések után megállapítottam, hogy a vizsgált bankok mostanra kilábaltak a válságból; továbbá valóban megfigyelhető volt a válság hatására egy átcsoportosítás a hitelportfóliókban: a bankok kereslet hiányában állampapírba fektettek ebben az időben a jegybanki alapkamat jelentős csökkenése mellett.
