A bankszféra szerepe és érdekeltsége a helyi önkormányzati kincstári rendszerek kialakításában és működtetésében

Abstract

Az önkormányzati kincstári rendszer alkalmazásával szemben támasztott elvárás, hogy az intézmények pénzmozgása követhetőbbé és tervezhetőbbé váljon, a fel nem használt pénzeszközök koncentrációja könnyen megoldható legyen, a rendelkezésre álló szabad források a helyi igényeknek megfelelően kamatoztathassanak, illetve hogy az érintettek naprakész információkat kaphassanak a települési költségvetés mindenkori helyzetéről. Ebből a célból napjainkban több hazai nagybank, valamint számos szövetkezeti hitelintézet kínál számlavezetési, megtakarítási és hitelezési termékeket a helyi önkormányzatoknak és az önkormányzati körbe tartozó, közfeladatokat ellátó intézményeknek. A szerző azt vizsgálja, a banki szolgáltatások révén hogyan javítható az önkormányzatok likviditási helyzete.
