Egy településfejlődési modell a felzárkózás jegyében

Abstract

Jó gyakorlatot, jó példát a fejlődésre, a felzárkózásra az elmaradottság ellenében olyan innovatív törekvést hozhat, melyben az alkalmazott módszereket összehangoltan működtetik, és amely tevékenység a gyakorlatban is kiállja az idő próbáját. Az igazán sikeres megoldások modellértékűek, azaz adott feltételek/adottságok között adaptálhatóak máshol is. Jelen tanulmányom célja, hogy bemutassak egy ilyen mintaértékű modellt, mely kreatív és egyedi vonásaival már számos helyen ismertséget szerzett. Az Átány modell hosszú évek alatt formálódott ki. Legnagyobb kihívása a lakosság értelmes munkához és jövedelemhez való juttatása egy jelentős etnikai probléma kör mellett. A kutatási célomhoz részben primer (kérdőíves és interjús) kutatásokra támaszkodom, de felhasználom a hozzájuk tartozó elérhető szekunder adatokat is.
