Nők a vállalkozás frontvonalában

Abstract

Az elmúlt évtizedekben egyre nagyobb fókusz helyeződött a nemek közti esélyegyenlőségi kérdésre, mégis a gazdaság területén számos esetben találkozunk a nők és férfiak közti egyenlőtlenségek konkrét eseteivel. Egyik kiemelt területe ezen témakörnek a nők vezetésben betöltött szerepe, amelynek nem csupán általános társadalmi és szociális jelentősége van, hanem gazdasági hatása is. Egyre több kutatás igazolja, hogy a nemek arányának kiegyenlítődése a döntéshozatalban a vállalatok eredményességére, így a gazdaság egészére is pozitív hatást gyakorol, amely a férfiak és nők vezetési stílusaiban megmutatkozó különbségekre is visszavezethető. Az említett kedvező hatás ellenére mégis a vállalatok élén a nők alulreprezentáltsága figyelhető meg. Jelen tanulmányunkban igyekszünk e kérdéskört részletesebben megvizsgálni és egy képet adni a hazai helyzetről, illetve jó gyakorlatként bemutatni egy női vállalkozó vezetőt, aki a kiszámíthatatlan gazdasági környezetben is sikeres vállalkozást hozott létre a cukrász szektorban, értékelve a vállalkozás életútját, indulásának, működtetésének nehézségeit.
