Organizarea, structurile şi transformările unei organizații de intelligence

Abstract

Preocupările statelor în vederea organizării mai eficiente a structurilor şi managementului agențiilor/serviciilor de informații, au crescut în special după atentatele teroriste de la 11 septembrie 2001, prin adoptarea unor forme organizatorice mai flexibile eficiente pentru realizarea acestor obiective, sporind în mod evident utilitatea şi performanțele acestora. În esență, agențiile/serviciile intelligence au scopul de căuta şi procura date, a le analiza şi transforma în informații necesare conducerii politice, economice şi militare a unui stat, în procesul ciclului informațional. pe care l-am descris anterior. Modul cum în care este organizat şi se desfăşoară acest proces determină structura şi modul de funcționare a unei agenții/serviciu de informații. Astfel, o structură generală a unei agenții/serviciu intelligence ar putea avea următoarele (principale) componente de: conducere, culegere, exploatare, tehnice, protecție, administrative.
