Epistemología aplicada: metodología y técnica de la producción científica

Abstract

La epistemología contemporánea sugiere que la actividad científica es una actividad social y colaborativa, en que la investigación es realizada por grupos y comunidades de investigadores y, a la vez, validada socialmente por la comunidad científica de cada disciplina, que se intercomunica a través de los productos escritos por los científicos. La investigación misma no podría existir sin la comunicación a través de productos escritos, que son los que permiten la validación, la replicación y la eventual adopción o superación de los resultados científicos. Este libro trata de revisar el estado actual de la epistemología y lo traduce en reglas de aplicación para la investigación y la comunicación científica. Este libro se publicó en el año 2009, gracias al apoyo del Centro Peruano de Estudios Sociales, Universidad del Pacífico, Centro de Investigación y el Consorcio de Investigación Económica y Social.
