Abstract

Este estudio tiene como propósito contribuir a la literatura empírica a través de la determinación de la influencia de la competencia de mercado, medida a través de la competencia formal e informal, en la inversión en capital humano de las micro y pequeñas empresas (mype) del Perú. De esta manera, se busca ampliar el conocimiento sobre las particularidades del entorno de competencia y cómo este afecta el comportamiento estratégico de las empresas más pequeñas.
