Estudio de Revisión del Gasto del Bono Familiar Habitacional

Abstract

El déficit habitacional en el Perú es uno de los problemas críticos por resolver vinculados a la promoción de adecuados niveles de vida para los ciudadanos. En la medida en la que durante las últimas décadas ha predominado la expansión urbana informal, el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) es una propuesta de solución a este problema que opera como un subsidio otorgado por parte del Estado peruano a familias con déficit de vivienda. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión del gasto público del Bono Familiar Habitacional, analizar y brindar recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia en la asignación presupuestaria y gestión del programa. Investigación ganadora del XXVI Concurso Anual de Investigación CIES 2022 – II, con la cooperación del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), en el marco de la Ley de Presupuesto del Sector Público para el año fiscal 2022 (Ley N° 31365) que dispone una subvención al CIES para el desarrollo de evaluaciones y otros estudios relevantes para la mejora de las políticas públicas, cuya aprobación fue formalizada mediante la Resolución Ministerial N° 144-2022-EF/43.
