Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. Balance de investigación 2016-2021 y agenda de investigación 2021-2026

Abstract

Este estudio presenta un balance de la investigación realizada acerca de la ciencia, tecnología e innovación (CTI) en el Perú, entre el 2016 y el 2021, y propone una agenda de investigación para el periodo 2021-2026. El balance de la investigación sistematiza los estudios encontrados en dos grupos: a) documentos elaborados por entidades relacionadas con las políticas de CTI y b) publicaciones en general. Asimismo, describe los principales avances de la política pública de CTI en el último quinquenio y analiza el impacto de la investigación en estas políticas. Sobre la base de entrevistas a expertos, este documento identifica los retos en materia de disponibilidad y uso de información en este campo, así como temas que merecen mayor atención por parte de la academia.
