Fortalecimiento de capacidades en prospectiva y desarrollo del CEPLAN

Abstract

Consultoría que tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades en prospectiva para el desarrollo de los servidores públicos del CEPLAN, a través del diseño de escenarios y estrategias, analizando cada eje estratégico del plan nacional hacia el bicentenario. Como resultado de este proceso se cuenta con una Memoria Analítica del proceso de capacitación que puede servir como herramienta a emplear en los distintos contextos en los que el CEPLAN y otras entidades del sector público realicen ejercicios prospectivos.
