Abstract

En un escenario pospandemia, en que el país trata de recuperarse de una severa crisis sanitaria y económica, el Consorcio de Investigación Económica y Social (CIES) no detuvo su labor de construir y diseminar conocimiento para contribuir con mejores políticas públicas que impacten en la población. La revista de investigación CIES economía&sociedad se constituye en un referente en la difusión de investigaciones en ciencias económicas, sociales y ambientales. En esta edición, exponemos nueve estudios del Concurso Anual de Investigación, relacionados básicamente con la formulación de propuestas que intentan transformar situaciones de desventaja para poblaciones en estado de vulnerabilidad —como mujeres violentadas, niños expuestos a explotación y ancianos con deficiencias alimentarias—; asimismo, los documentos se vinculan con la transparencia y gestión de los recursos del Estado.
