La investigación económica y social en el Perú. Balance 2007-2011 y agenda 2012-2016

Abstract

Esta publicación constituye el cuarto volumen sobre el balance y agenda, centrados en los campos de la investigación económica, social y ambiental producida durante los últimos cuatro años (2007-2011). Plantea una agenda de investigación en trece capítulos que abarcan temas económicos, institucionales, sociales y ambientales prioritarios para el diseño, ejecución o evaluación de políticas y programas públicos en el Perú, la que ha de orientar el esfuerzo de investigación del CIES durante los próximos años. El primer capítulo es una recopilación de las demandas de investigación del sector público enviadas para el Concurso Anual de Investigación CIES 2012, así como los requerimientos del VI Consejo Consultivo del Sector Público (CCSP) del CIES. Para la elaboración del volumen, se convocó a un concurso de expertos en cada tema. Los investigadores seleccionados realizaron el balance de toda la producción académica, no solo de las instituciones socias del CIES sino también de otras entidades o autores, incluyendo estudios hechos en el extranjero sobre el Perú. Con base en este balance, en entrevistas con interlocutores clave del Estado y la sociedad civil y en la revisión de documentos oficiales del actual gobierno, los investigadores identificaron temas relevantes para las políticas públicas en los próximos cinco años. Se publicó en el año 2012 y ha sido posible gracias al auspicio del Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo (IDRC, por sus siglas en inglés), la Cooperación Alemana al Desarrollo, implementada por GIZ y la Fundación AVINA.
