Abstract

The paper discusses the state and potential for growth of the consumer markets of food and beverages in Bulgaria. These markets are grouped in three large market segments – traditional retail trade, modern retail trade and sector of public feeding. The paper studies their structure and development trends.The state and the potential for growth of consumer food and drinks market in Bulgaria is discussed.
