Abstract

A consequence of 2010 general crisis in the Us has been the scandal of foreclosure gate, a «crisis in the crisis», with profound social and economic consequences. In Italy, banks have the features to prevent such phenomena: more stringentrules and controls, greater attention to customer retention and to public interest
