Abstract

The Financial Services sector has widely implemented Artificial intelligence technologies making relevant investments in this area. Banks have significant competitive advantages especially in marketing, fraud identification, risk assessment and efficient process management. However, it is essential to foster the digitization process also in other strategical activities
