Product governance, a key factor in banking and financial markets

Abstract

The financial crisis has highlighted the central role of corporate governance to enhance corporate stability. Besides and in view of the MiFid 2 directive definition, an important role should be also played by product governance as a key obligation of intermediaries, in order to protect consumers interests
