Abstract

This paper explores the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) models and trends of technology enter-prises in the digital economy era. As digital transformation reshapes the business landscape, technology firms increasingly rely on M&As to gain access to new markets, innovative technologies, and specialized talent. The study examines key factors influencing M&A strategies, including the transition from strategic alliances to acquisitions, the impact of digital transformation on innovation, and the regulatory challenges in a globalized market. It also highlights the critical role of cultural and technological integration in ensuring successful mergers. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research and practical insights for technology companies looking to optimize their M&A strategies in an increasingly competitive and complex digital environment.
