Abstract

This paper aims to identify the impact of investments in innovation activities on the turnover, achieved by the innovative enterprises of the Republic of Moldova on economic activities, as well as the revenue obtained from each MDL spent on the production and marketing of innovative products or services. In other words, the present study proposes the formula for finding the answer to the question: does the money spent by these enterprises for the realization of innovations bring or not the expected result -- profit? The author also intends to identify which types of investments were the most attractive for innovative enterprises and which economic sectors invested the largest financial resources in innovation activities and whether they also brought the largest volume of turnover.
