Sistem electric cu fiabilitate sporită pentru întreprinderile specializate în deshidratarea produselor agricole

Abstract

În această lucrare este prezentat un sistem electric experimental, care a fost elaborat în cadrul Universităţii Tehnice a Moldovei, ca rezultat al colaborării cercetătorilor din cadrul Departamentelor Inginerie electrică, Inginerie mecanică și Ingineria fabricaţiei în realizarea cercetărilor comune cu privire la eficientizarea procesului de deshidratare a produselor agricole. Rezultatele principale obţinute în ceea ce privește aplicarea sistemului elaborat la deshidratarea produselor agricole sunt: sporirea fiabilităţii de funcţionare și a vitezei procesului de deshidratare, reducerea timpului de tratare termică și a consumului de energie electrică, creșterea calităţii produselor și reducerea cheltuielilor de procesare.
