Recomandările experţilor europeni: o nouă șansă pentru cercetarea din Republica Moldova?

Abstract

În articol este analizat Raportul PSF privind sistemul de fi nanţare a cercetării, infrastructurilor de cercetare și legăturile dintre cercetare și mediul de afaceri în Republica Moldova. Recomandările formulate de către experţii UE sunt discutate în contextul situaţiei cercetării naţionale și a condiţiilor necesare pentru a schimba în bine mersul lucrurilor în domeniu. Conștientizarea necesităţii știinţei pentru Republica Moldova este stabilită drept elementul esenţial pentru implementarea recomandărilor și salvgardarea cercetării locale.
