Abstract

Republica Moldova dispune de reglementări privind respectarea drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală, care asigură, în linii mari, drepturile titularilor. În pofida acestui fapt, procedurile de nimicire a bunurilor, care aduc atingere drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală, nu sunt suficient de bine reglementate. Acest handicap creează blocaje și impedimente în realizarea drepturilor.
