Consolidarea capacităților instituțiilor de asigurare a respectării drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Asigurarea respectării drepturilor de proprie-tate intelectuală nu poate fi realizată doar prin existența unei baze legislative. Succesul unui sistem național este determinat de instituirea și eficiența instituțiilor publice cu responsabilități în domeniu. Actualmente, autoritățile implicate în sistemul național de asigurare a respectării drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală sunt diferite, atât din punctul de vedere al funcțiilor şi atribuțiilor ce le revin, cât şi din punctul de vedere al capacităților lor funcționale. Prin urmare, devine imperios necesară asigurarea unui nivel de dezvoltare compatibil al tuturor instituțiilor, având în vedere că deficiențele de funcționare ale unei autorități influiențează negativ activitatea altor instituții publice şi a sistemului în ansamblu
