Măsuri de prevenire a terorismului

Abstract

Prevenirea criminalității înseamnă protejarea oamenilor, a societății şi a statului împotriva crimelor. Rădăcinile istorice ale acestui tip de practică socială se trag din adâncurile secolelor: odată cu apariția primelor interdicții cu caracter juridico-penal au început să funcționeze şi anumite mecanisme, atât de com-batere, cât şi de prevenire. Prevenirea criminalității în general și a terorismului în special, într-un sens generalizat, presupune o activitate sistemică (an-samblu de măsuri) orientată spre înlăturarea, minimalizarea sau neutralizarea cauzelor şi condițiilor acestui flagel. Anume activitatea dată are rolul principal în combaterea criminalității organizate.
