Grup de producători? Mai mulţi sau unul?

Abstract

Autorul scoate în evidenţă necesitatea modificării cadrului normativ naţional printr-o abordare corespunzătoare a prevederilor standardelor internaţionale în scopul facilitării dezvoltării sistemului de înregistrare și utilizare a indicaţiilor geografice (IG), denumirilor de origine (DO) și specialităţilor tradiţionale garantate (STG), precum și elaborării unor prevederi adecvate și clare cu referire la noţiunea de grup de producători, inclusiv prin introducerea de noi forme de creare și funcţionare a acestor grupuri, ţinându-se cont de toate particularităţile de înregistrare și utilizare a IG, DO sau STG. Modificările în cauză sunt recomandate și de Ghidul practic privind grupurile de producători, elaborat în 2020 cu suportul financiar al Proiectului „Agricultura Competitivă în Republica Moldova”.
