Evoluţia și extinderea infracţiunii de falsificare a probelor pe teritoriul Rebublicii Moldova

Abstract

La ora actuală, factorul criminogen este la nivel foarte ridicat în întreaga lume. La acest capitol, Republica Moldova nu este o excepţie, aici înregistrându-se o creștere a numărului infracţiunilor contra vieţii și sănătăţii, contra patrimoniului, dar și o creștere a numărului faptelor antisociale contra justiţiei. Una dintre problemele supuse analizei în prezentul demers știinţific o reprezintă evoluţia și dinamica comiterii infracţiunii de falsifi care a probelor pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Infracţiunea de falsifi care a probelor este prevăzută la art.310 din capitolul XIV, Infracţiuni contra justiţiei, al Codului penal.
