Natura juridică a activităţii speciale de investigaţie de la proclamarea independenţei Republicii Moldova și până în prezent

Abstract

Rolul principal al actelor normative este garantarea libertăţii de dezvoltare a personalităţii umane și protejarea drepturilor și libertăţilor constituţionale ale cetăţenilor. Un loc esenţial în promovarea valorilor democratice și în garantarea păcii și securităţii pu-lice îi revine activităţii speciale de investigaţie, care și-a regăsit aplicarea teoretico-practică încă din primii ani de independenţă ai Republicii Moldova. Activitatea specială de investigaţie constituie o varietate a activităţii statului. Numai statul, în persoana organelor superioare legislative, executive şi judecătoreşti, în limita competenţei lor, poate atribui dreptul de a exercita această activitate.
