Noi considerente privind provocările pentru studiile doctorale din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Articolul reprezintă o sinteză a studiilor anterioare efectuate de autor şi a monitorizării evoluţiei doctoratului din Republica Moldova, realizate în vederea actualizării provocărilor pentru studiile doctorale evidenţiate acum 3 ani. Se constată menţinerea majorităţii provocărilor semnalate anterior, cu evidenţierea clară a uneia de ordin general – atractivitatea slabă a studiilor doctorale, şi a uneia de ordin intern – calitatea redusă a tezelor în anumite domenii ştiinţifice.
