Suport european pentru respectarea efectivă a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Acest proiect prezintă esenţa, obiectivele, direcţiile de activitate și progresul proiectului Uniunii Europene de asistenţă tehnică „Suport pentru asigurarea respectării drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală”, care a demarat în noiembrie, 2016. Proiectul este implementat de către un Consorţiu format din companiile Archidata Srl (Italia), European Profiles S.A. (Grecia) și Business and Strategies in Europe S.A. (Belgia). Scopul proiectului constă în îmbunătăţirea modului de aplicare a legii și reglementărilor privind drepturile de proprietate intelectuală în Republica Moldova. Pe parcursul unui an de implementare, acest scop a fost atins printr-o diversitate de activităţi care vizează consolidarea sistemului de indicaţii geografice din Republica Moldova, educarea publicului larg și a instituţiilor abilitate cu privire la importanţa respectării drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală și, nu în ultimul rând, crearea unui sistem electronic în domeniul proprietăţii intelectuale, ce va deveni pe deplin funcţional la finele anului 2018
