Viabilitatea micromicetelor în dependenţă de condiţiile utilizate în procesul de liofilizare

Abstract

Viabilitatea tulpinilor de micromicete liofilizate depinde mai mult de temperatura de congelare şi mai puţin de parametrii sistemului de sublimare. Pentru liofilizarea micromicetelor se recomandă: temperatura de congelare a materialului (–40oC) – (-60oC) şi presiunea în timpul desecării de 6Pa, care asigură o viabilitate înaltă a micromicetelor liofilizate.
