Abstract

Neuropatia autonomă cardiacă este o complicaţie a diabetului zaharat cu un impact major asupra morbidităţii şi mortalităţii cardiovasculare. Dezavantajul testelor de diagnosticare constă în faptul că nu sunt disponibile în practica generală. Esenţa metodei constă în pronosticarea severităţii neuropatiei autonome cardiace în diabetul zaharat tip 1 în baza analizei datelor clinice şi testării prin modelul matematic
