Procesul de căutare, evaluare și selectare a tehnologiilor pentru transfer tehnologic

Abstract

Procesul de evaluare a tehnologiilor presupune o analiză detailată a tehnologiilor existente și celor noi, studierea proprietăţilor și compararea parametrilor acestora, calculul efectului economic. Scopul evaluării tehnologiilor este de a obţine informaţii cu privire la tehnologiile noi pentru luarea deciziilor în privinţa înlocuirii tehnologiilor existente cu cele noi (transfer tehnologic). Exerciţiul de evaluare a tehnologiilor în cadrul organizaţiilor (întreprinderilor sau universităţilor) este unul complex și costisitor. De regulă, acesta este realizat de experţi în domeniul evaluării tehnologiilor, fiecare având metodele și tacticile proprii. Procesul respectiv nu este unul liniar, ci este bazat pe cunoștinţe, experienţă, creativitate, acesta fiind, de fapt, o adevărată artă.
