Tendinţe actuale privind protecţia dreptului de autor în internet

Abstract

Procesul de dezvoltare continuă a reţelelor informaţionale contribuie la transformarea lumii contemporane într-un spaţiu unic de informare și comunicare. Însă acest proces este însoţit și de consecinţe negative, legate de apariţia mai multor probleme în asigurarea dreptului de autor în mediul online, fapt condiţionat de factori precum: nivelul global al dezideratului, extrateritorialitatea, accesibilitatea, interactivitatea, anonimatul. La etapa actuală, infracţiunile ce atentează la regimul drepturilor de autor şi drepturilor conexe este un domeniu de maximă actualitate, în special datorită dinamicii tehnologice şi diversificării activităţilor antisociale în mediul virtual. Prin urmare, este de stringentă actualitate implementarea unor metode eficiente în vederea asigurării protecţiei proprietăţii intelectuale în mediul online
