Abstract

În prezentul demers știinţific este supus analizei profilul psihologic al infractorului digital în calitate de subiect activ al infracţiunilor săvârșite în domeniul telematic. Sunt expuse și caracterizate diferite tipologii de infractori informatici după diferite criterii taxonomice relevante pentru cercetare criminologică în mediul cibernetic, cum ar fi categoria infracţională, baza motivaţională, domeniul de activitate criminală
