Proprietatea intelectuală, numele de domeniu și concurenţa

Abstract

Articolul supune analizei corelaţia dintre proprietatea intelectuală, numele de domeniu și concurenţa. Autorii argumentează necesitatea reglementării regimului juridic al numelui de domeniu, ţinându-se cont de opiniile din literatura de specialitate și de prevederile legale existente. O eventuală soluţie propusă în cadrul studiului efectuat este atribuirea calităţii de obiect de proprietate intelectuală numelui de domeniu, astfel încât protecţia acestuia să fie asigurată inclusiv prin prisma legislaţiei concurenţiale.
