Influenţa metalelor grele asupra vitalităţii si productivităţii familiilor de albine

Abstract

Scopul cercetărilor constă în evaluarea influenţei unor metale grele (Pb, Cd, Cu) asupra vitalităţii şi productivităţii familiilor de albine. Folosind metoda Spectrometriei de Absorbţie Atomică (GFASS), a fost determinat conţinutul de metale grele (MG) în probele de albine și polen, prelevate din diferite situri cu diferit impact antropic. S-a constatat că conţinutul de MG în albine și polen a fost cu mult sub nivelul dozei nocive pentru albine și sub limitele maxime admisibile, stabilite de normele UE. Între conţinutul de metale grele în componentele apicole (albine şi polen) şi indicii de vitalitate (viabilitatea puietului, rezistenţa la boli) şi productivitate a familiilor de albine sunt corelaţii mici și nesemnificative (P>0,1). Aceasta se explică prin faptul că concentraţiile de metale grele în componentele analizate au fost foarte mici, fapt care nu a putut influenţa în vreun fel funcţiile vitale ale albinelor.
