Internaţionalizarea doctoratului din Republica Moldova: aspecte conceptuale şi „de străinătate”

Abstract

Internaţionalizarea studiilor doctorale este considerată de o importanţă deosebită la ni-vel european şi mondial. În acest context, în articol se examinează aspectele conceptuale şi modul de măsurare a fenomenului, dar şi se aplică unii din indicatorii identificaţi la analiza internaţionalizării în străinătate a doctoratului din Republica Moldova. Se constată că internaţionalizarea doctoratului este un concept complex, care acoperă diferite dimensiuni, componente şi activităţi. Chiar dacă doctoratul este cel mai internaţionalizat ciclu al învăţământului superior din Republica Moldova, majoritatea activităţilor de internaţionalizare sunt rezultatul unor acţiuni individuale şi nu a unei strategii naţionale
