Abstract

Cercetarea se referă la biotehnologii microbiene, în special la un procedeu de cultivare a tulpinii de levuri Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20, acesta putând fi utilizat în industria microbiologică,alimentară şi farmaceutică. Rezultatul constă în sporirea conţinutului de β-glucani şi micşorarea duratei de cultivare
