Abstract

Tot mai des metodologia de Management al Ciclului de Proiect (Project Cycle Management) este utilizată cu succes la managementul proiectelor de majoritatea fundaţiilor internaţionale, dar și de corporaţiile private mari. Acest articol are ca scop examinarea metodologiei de Management al Ciclului de Proiect (Project Cycle Management) în vederea aplicării acesteia în managementul proprietăţii intelectuale și identificarea posibilităţilor de utilizare a acestei metodologii la întreprinderi.
