Aplicațiile mobile – obiecte ale proprietății intelectuale

Abstract

Popularitatea aplicațiilor mobile crește proporțional cu numărul utilizatorilor dispozitivelor mobile, iar acest fenomen stimulează interesul deosebit al dezvoltatorilor de produse software, totodată determinând specializarea acestora și crearea unor comunități de dezvoltatori interesați de acest domeniu. În timp ce există destulă informație despre crearea, publicarea și promovarea aplicațiilor mobile, informațiile cu privire la specificul dreptului de proprietate intelectuală al autorilor asupra aplicațiilor mobile sunt oferite insuficient.
