Retrospectiva reglementărilor normative privind dreptul de autor şi drepturile conexe

Abstract

Dreptul de autor, deși este o instituţie juridică relativ tânără, are una dintre cele mai fructuoase evoluţii în ultimele două secole. Autorul examinează în mod detaliat etapele și aspectele principale ale apariției și dezvoltării istorice a dreptului de autor. Sunt abordate un șir de probleme cu care s-a confruntat instituția dreptului de autor pe parcursul anilor, în special, pe parcursul ultimelor trei decenii, când harta politică a lumii s-a modificat considerabil și multe state treptat au devenit independente și s-au constituit ca state noi. Sunt trecute în revistă tratatele și convențiile internaționale încheiate în cadrul sistemului mondial de proprietate intelectuală, precum și cele mai importante decizii în acest sens
