Munca creativă – garantul dăinuirii unui popor

Abstract

Autorul studiului prezintă datele privind pregătirea cadrelor știinţifice în Republica Moldova în toate domeniile/ramurile știinţifice pe durata anilor 1993–2015, evidenţiază partea puternică și partea slabă a realităţii, propune soluţii pentru ameliorarea situaţiei în domeniu. Este argumentată necesitatea dezvoltării Republicii Moldova pe baze știinţifice și integrării țării în comunitatea statelor europene. Prin exemplul SUA, UE, al altor ţări avansate, care au un număr important de laureaţi ai Premiului Nobel, un număr impunător de cercetători și resurse financiare substanțiale puse la dispoziţia acestora, precum și un număr însemnat de persoane care obţin anual grade știinţifice, diplome de licenţă și masterat, se demonstrează că numai munca creativă, bazată pe știinţă, permite ţărilor să cunoască o dezvoltare durabilă.
