Abstract

Indicațiile geografice, denumirile de origine și mărcile reprezintă obiecte ale proprietății intelectuale menite să indice originea, să diferențieze produsele și să ofere date privind calitatea acestora. Ținând cont de faptul că în percepția consumatorului o marcă poate fi asociată cu o indicație geografică sau denumire de origine, prezentul articol vine să elucideze unele diferențe dintre acestea
