La economía argentina según Carlos Moyano Llerena

Abstract

El Dr. Moyano Llerena consideraba que la comprensión de la actualidad en la Argentina dependía de un análisis histórico desde la época del auge económico hasta el periodo de estancamiento que se extiende hasta los días en que escribe. Durante su vasta obra ha tratado de explicar las causas del estancamiento como nación y ha intentado dar algunos lineamientos para revertir la pobreza en la Argentina. Adjudica dicha pobreza a la baja productividad de nuestras industrias y a un proceso estructural inflacionario en ambos casos causado por la incapacidad de los diferentes gobiernos de contener las aspiraciones de diversos sectores o grupos de poder, donde destaca la fortaleza de los sindicatos y lo que el Dr. Moyano Llerena denominó la ideología del populismo. Asimismo, dentro de los lineamientos propuestos en su obra, podemos encontrar medidas relacionadas con el aumento de la productividad industrial, la apertura de la economía y las exportaciones industriales y la reducción o eliminación de la inflación como proceso estructural instaurado en la Argentina a partir de mediados del siglo XX.
