Endüstri 4.0 Bağlamında; Sendikaların Geleceği

Abstract

Doğu ülkeleri ilk kez, batıyı sanayi ürünleri üretiminde, nitelik ve nicelik olarak geçmiştir. Bu durum endüstri 4.0'ı doğuran en önemli sebeptir. Öngörülere göre endüstri 4.0, hayatın birçok alanında olumlu/olumsuz değişimlere yol açacaktır. Doğal olarak bu değişim ve dönüşümün, kendi sınırları içerisinde, dar bir alanda kalacağını düşünmek, süreci anlamak ve anlamlandırmak açısından bizi büyük bir yanılgıya götürebilir. Çünkü sadece sanayi, tarım ve hizmet sektörünü değil, aynı zamanda çalışan profilini, çalışma şartlarını ve sendikaları da değişime uğratacak 4.0 geliyor. Bu nedenle sorulması gereken soru; çalışanlar ve sendikalar bu değişimden ne kadar ve nasıl etkilenecekler?. Çalışmamızın temel amacıda bu paradigmaya cevap aramak olmuştur.
