Sağlık Çalışanlarının İşkoliklik ve Tükenmişlik Düzeylerinin Demografik Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

Son dönemde işletmelerin rekabet koşullarında yaşanan değişim ve dönüşüm süreci yönetimle birlikte çalışanlar üzerinde de baskı oluşturmaktadır. Rekabet üstünlüğü kazanabilme adına daha etkili ve verimli olma arzusu çalışanları daha çok çalışmaya zorlamaktadır. Çalışanların iç ve dış baskılar sonucunda işkoliğe dönüşmesi tükenmişlik yaşanmasını da tetiklemektedir. Yaşanılan bu gelişmeler neticesinde işkoliklik ve tükenmişlik ilişkisi sıklıkla gündeme gelmektedir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının işkoliklikleri ile tükenmişlik düzeylerinin ilişkisini tespit etmek ve demografik değişkenlerin bunlar üzerindeki etkisini ölçümlemektir. Araştırma evrenini Konya’da faaliyet gösteren bir kamu hastanesinin sağlık çalışanları oluşturmuştur. Toplamda 450 anket dönüş yapmış ancak 51 anket eksiklik nedeniyle analize alınmamıştır. Araştırma örneklemini toplamda 399 çalışan oluşturmuştur. Tanımlayıcı analizler sonrasında güvenirlik testi, açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre işkoliklik ile tükenmişlik arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde ilişki bulunmuştur(.539**). Normallik testi sonrasında yapılan Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi sonuçlarına göre sağlık çalışanlarının cinsiyet haricinde demografik değişkenleri işkoliklik ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini farklılaştırmaktadır.
