İş Performans Etkinliği İle Duygusal Bağlılık Arasındaki İlişki: Devlet Üniversitelerinde Çalışan İdari Personel Üzerinde Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Türkiye'de 113’ü devlet, 67’si vakıf ve 5’i vakıf meslek yüksekokulu üniversitesi olmak üzere toplam 185 üniversite mevcut olup, kamusal hizmet sektöründe önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, Üniversite’de çalışan idari personelin iş performanslarıyla duygusal bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışanların iş performansları ve duygusal bağlılıklarının demografik özelliklerine bağlı olarak değişip değişmediği saptanmıştır. Çalışmada 3 Üniversite Kurumundaki toplam 321 idari personelden anket formuyla elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, bulgular iş performansı ile duygusal bağlılık arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yüksek bir ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmıştır. Mann-Whitney U testi ile çalışanların duygusal bağlılıklarının eşlerinin çalışma durumlarına bağlı olarak değiştiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca Kruskal Wallis analizleri ile çalışanların iş performanslarının eğitim düzeylerine, maaş düzeylerine, hizmet sınıflarına, statülerine, görev yaptıkları birimlerine bağlı olarak değiştiği; duygusal bağlılıklarının ise çalışanların eğitim düzeyine, maaş düzeylerine, hizmet sınıflarına, statülerine ve çalıştıkları birimlerine bağlı olarak değiştiği görülmüştür.
